Falls Manufacturing began in 1980 with a commitment to produce only the highest quality metal fabrications. We continue to grow today because of this commitment. Through our strong growth and quality plan, we are continuously updating our equipment and capabilities with the newest CNC technologies.

Falls Manufacturing can Laser cut or Turret Punch material up to 60" x 120". Our Shears, Saws, Vertical Mills, and Press Brakes are all CNC controlled for maximum accuracy. Falls Manufacturing is capable of welding Mild Steel, Stainless Steel and Aluminum as well as MIG, TIG and Flux Core. We also bend up to 3/8 plate or roll up to 10 GA material. Falls can fabricate small items or large weldments up to 20 Tons.

Both during fabrication and when completed, Falls Manufacturing continuously inspects your part to insure that it meets your required tolerances and specifications. A final inspection is performed before we ship your part to verify that all finishes, fit and function, and dimensions are per your provided prints and specs.

INSPECTION  

Utilizing the latest 3D software, the Falls Manufacturing Engineering department is able to assist you in optimizing your design for the most cost effective methods of fabrication. We will get your product to the shop floor in the most efficient manor, with the tolerances you need.

FABRICATION  

With many items that Falls Manufacturing fabricates, aesthetics is just as important as accuracy. We now can powder coat items up to 25' x 10' in house in a variety of colors and textures. If your part needs to be mill finish or brushed stainless steel, we take great care to insure it is dimensionally correct as well as visually pleasing.
